This depends on the amount of available space in your play area. Each structure will have a designated use zone, which will include the amount of free space required around the structure for it to be used safely. If you’re in the early stages of the planning process, we recommend starting with determining the size of the intended space, as well as any potential obstructions.
We do not offer in-house installation services. We have created a handy DIY playground installation guide, and all of our equipment comes with specific installation instructions to make the process as simple as possible. All of our playsets and equipment will ship via freight by common carrier. Once the equipment arrives at the nearest terminal, your freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time-frame. This is to give you enough time to ensure you have the necessary equipment for unloading reading and on-site.
Delivery is only to your site. The driver is not required and will not have the equipment to help you offload your playset. Play equipment is very heavy and cannot be moved by hand. For smaller products, a lift gate may be used, however, it will still require the use of a forklift or skid loader to move once out of the truck. Larger play systems will require heavy equipment to bring down and out of the trailer.
These products can weigh anywhere from hundreds of pounds to thousands of pounds.

Most playground equipment requires safety surfacing, and putting the equipment on grass does not meet safety standards. The safety surfacing required, or use zone, is noted on each product flyer. However, there is some equipment that does not require safety surfacing.
Any equipment that does not have a fall height can be placed on grass. If you have any questions about safety surfacing requirements, your Simplified Playground consultant will be happy to help. Send them an email or submit our Contact us form.
Our products come carefully secured and packaged to prevent damage during shipping. However, damage can occur very rarely. If you receive a damaged piece of equipment, your Simplified Playgrounds consultant will work with you to resolve the problem as fast as possible.
The first step is to double check your order count on the delivery receipt to make sure all of your play system components made it to you.
The second step is to examine the product and inspect it for any damages before you sign for the delivery. If you are missing any pieces, or some of them are damaged, please note it on the driver’s copy of the delivery receipt and contact your Simplified Playgrounds consultant.
All of our products come with extensive manufacturer warranties. Simplified Playgrounds only carries the highest quality commercial-grade equipment available. Warranty specifics vary by manufacturer and the model chosen. If you are interested in a specific model’s warranty, contact us and we would be happy to provide you with more information.
- You may cancel your order for a full refund before the equipment has shipped. You may cancel your order for a full refund before it is shipped.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The merchandise returned must be unused and uninstalled, in the original shipping boxes and packaging, to be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, used merchandise will not be eligible for a refund.
- You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping fees. We cannot accept collect shipments.
- Once received and inspected to be in original packaging and new factory condition, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the product and where it’s being shipped. You’ll receive a breakdown of the shipping costs when you receive your quote.
Yes, you will be charged tax based on the province you’re located in.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and business checks. If you are paying by business check, your equipment will ship after the check has been received and cleared. If you would like to pay with cryptocurrencies, please reach out to us at hello@simplifiedplaygrounds.com.
